How to use Bryan, Unload's built-in AI assistant, to get help, perform actions, and manage your products through text chat.

Chat with Bryan

Bryan is Unload's built-in AI assistant. He lives in a fixed bar at the bottom of every page and can answer questions, perform actions on your account, and help you navigate the app.

Open the chat

Click the Bryan bar at the bottom of your screen. The chat panel slides up, ready for your question.

Type your question or request

Write your question in plain language. Bryan understands context and can handle a wide range of requests. Examples:

  • "How do I remove backgrounds from my images?"
  • "What is my current credit balance?"
  • "Show me the status of my latest job"
  • "Create a support ticket -- images are not loading"
  • "Generate a description for product X"
  • "Navigate to the billing page"

Read Bryan's response

Bryan responds in real-time using streaming (SSE). Answers appear word by word as they are generated. Bryan pulls information from help articles, your account data, and your product catalog to give accurate, personalized answers.

What Bryan can do

Bryan has access to a set of tools that let him act on your behalf:

  • Search help articles -- Find relevant documentation instantly.
  • Check your balance -- View your current credit balance and usage.
  • View job status -- See the progress of import, studio, or transfer jobs.
  • Create support tickets -- File a ticket without leaving the chat.
  • Update product cards -- Edit titles, descriptions, and prices.
  • Generate descriptions -- Write product descriptions using AI.
  • Match image variants -- Associate images to the correct product variants.
  • Navigate to pages -- Jump to any section of the app.
  • Remember context -- Bryan remembers things you tell him during the conversation.
