Bryan Voice Call

How to call Bryan by voice for hands-free help, including screen sharing so Bryan can see what you see.

Call Bryan by voice

Bryan supports voice calls so you can get help hands-free while you work. Start a call, speak naturally, and Bryan responds with voice. You can even share your screen so Bryan sees exactly what you see.

1

Start a voice call

In the Bryan bar at the bottom of the screen, click the phone icon. Your browser will request microphone permission -- accept it to proceed.

2

Wait for the connection

The call goes through several states, each indicated by a colored dot:

  • Requesting (orange, pulsing) -- Waiting for mic permission.
  • Connecting (orange) -- Establishing the connection with Bryan.
  • Connected (green) -- The call is live. You can start speaking.
3

Speak naturally

Once connected, just talk. Bryan listens and responds with voice. The status indicator changes as the conversation flows:

  • Listening (blue, pulsing) -- Bryan is hearing you.
  • Speaking (purple) -- Bryan is responding.

You can ask the same things as in text chat: questions about your products, help topics, account actions, navigation requests, and more.

4

Share your screen (optional)

During a call, click the monitor icon to share your screen. Your browser will ask you to select a tab or window. Once shared, Bryan sees your screen in real-time and can give you guidance based on what he sees.

5

End the call

You can end the call in three ways:

  • Click the hang up button (red phone icon).
  • Say "au revoir" or "hang up" and Bryan will disconnect.
  • The call auto-disconnects after 5 minutes of inactivity as a safety measure.

Controls during the call

  • Mute/unmute -- Click the microphone icon to toggle your mic on or off.
  • Screen share -- Click the monitor icon to start or stop sharing your screen.
  • Hang up -- Click the red phone icon to end the call immediately.
