Create a Lookbook or Linesheet

How to use the Book Builder to create lookbooks, linesheets and catalogs from your product cards.

Create a lookbook, linesheet or catalog

The Book Builder lets you create professional sales documents from your product cards: lookbooks for your clients, linesheets for B2B orders, or detailed catalogs. The result is an interactive flipbook you can share by link or email.

1

Open the Book Builder

Click Product Book in the left sidebar. The page shows your book library. Click + New Book to start.

2

Select your products

A modal opens to choose which products to include. Search by name, brand, or reference code. Check the products you want, then confirm. You can add or remove products later.

3

Choose a template

The configuration panel opens automatically on the right. Three templates are available:

  • Lookbook Editorial: 1 product per page, large image, editorial layout. Best for fashion and premium products.
  • Linesheet Grid: 3x2 grid (6 products per page), compact, with a terms page and order form. Best for B2B and order-taking.
  • Catalog Hybrid: 2x2 grid (4 products per page), larger images, detailed info. Best for premium catalogs.
4

Customize your book

In the configuration panel:

Brand identity:

  • Logo (URL to your PNG or SVG logo)
  • Primary and secondary colors (8 presets + custom color)
  • Font: Inter, Playfair Display, or Montserrat

Collection info:

  • Book title (shown on cover)
  • Subtitle (optional)

Content toggles:

  • Wholesale and/or retail prices
  • Variants (colors, sizes)
  • Composition / materials
  • Product description
  • Article code / barcode
5

Configure the cover

Two options:

  • Image: Select a product image or upload a custom one. Adjust zoom (100-300%) and position.
  • AI: Write a prompt and the AI generates a professional cover. You can select product photos for the AI to draw style inspiration from. Generation costs a few credits.
6

Preview

The interactive flipbook appears in the center. Flip through pages with arrows, keyboard, or by clicking corners. The thumbnail strip at the bottom lets you navigate quickly.

On the left, the product list is displayed: you can reorder by drag-and-drop, remove products, or add more.

7

Save and share

  • Save: Saves the book to your library for later editing.
  • Share: Generate a secure public link or send email invitations. You can track who opened the book, which pages were viewed, and how much time was spent.
