Connect Unload to Claude as an MCP connector to import, review, validate and publish product cards from a conversation.
Use Unload inside Claude
Unload connects to Claude as an MCP connector. Once linked, you drive your catalog from a conversation: import a supplier document or product page links, review and fix product cards, check for duplicates and publish to your shop, without leaving Claude. Unload's panels in the conversation follow Claude's language; the names of its tools follow the language of your Unload account.
What you can do
- Import a supplier invoice, product sheet or catalog export (PDF, image, Excel or CSV) and turn it into product cards, with photos.
- Create product cards from links by pasting product page links in the conversation.
- Track imports, the image studio (background removal) and catalog audits.
- Review and fix titles, descriptions, SEO, prices and variants.
- Validate cards, check for duplicates and publish them to Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Odoo.
- Check your plan, quota and shops, and switch from one shop to another.
Connect the connector
Add Unload in Claude
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector, and paste the URL shown in Unload under Settings → Connect to AI. If you use Claude in an organization (Team plan or higher), an owner adds it once in Organization settings → Connectors, then each member connects it from Customize → Connectors. Claude opens the Unload sign-in screen.
Sign in with your store email
Enter the email address of your Unload account. Unload emails you a one-time sign-in link: there is no password to remember.
Open the link and approve
Open the link on the same device, then approve the consent screen. Claude is now connected to your Unload organization.
Start working
Ask Claude things like "Import this supplier invoice", "Create product cards from these links", "Fix the SEO titles" or "Publish my validated cards to my shop". Claude asks for your confirmation before it publishes cards to your shop, and before any change to what already exists (validating or editing a card, removing a photo, archiving).
The connector only accesses your own organization's data, over a secure OAuth connection. You can revoke access at any time from Claude's connector settings.
Troubleshooting
- No sign-in email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the exact email address of your Unload account. The link expires after 15 minutes: if it lapsed, ask Claude to reconnect to get a new one.
- Attached a file to the conversation? A file attached to the conversation doesn't reach Unload. Ask Claude to import a file, then drop it in the Unload upload panel that opens.
- Tools return nothing? Connect a shop and run at least one import first, so there are product cards to show. Ask "Show my shops" to see which shop is active.
- A publish was refused? Publishing requires validated cards and available plan quota. Ask Claude to "show my plan" to check your remaining quota.

Security
Sign-in is passwordless (a magic link sent to your account email) and the connection is scoped to your organization. Claude cannot see other merchants' data, and publishing cards, like any change to what already exists, asks for your confirmation in Claude.
